DO WE ONLY WORK WITH ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION AND FIXED FEE?
No, we also work on a project basis. You can work with Cinadam only for your logo, brand visual identity or a website.
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE HOSTING SERVICES?
Yes. We also provide hosting services for your websites and emails to suit your needs.
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE SERVICES OUTSIDE OF ISTANBUL?
Yes. We can serve anywhere in the world 🙂
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE SERVICES TO YOUR COMPETITORS IN THE SECTOR?
If we serve you first in your sector and you have such a request, we can provide exclusive service. If we have already made an agreement with another brand in your sector, we are not working with you. If we have previously provided services to brands in your sector without exclusivity, we inform you of this at the beginning of our cooperation.
DO YOU ALSO PROVIDE AFTER-SALES SERVICES?
Depending on the service you receive, generally yes. We also have services whose outputs are delivered at the end of the project and after which you will not need maintenance or after-sales service 🙂
